Preserve the tooth instead of extracting it!
The inside of the tooth consists of a neurovascular bundle, which can get damaged and later infected due to bacteria (caries) or trauma. This process causes pain and inflammation of the bone around the tip of the root.

In this case root-canal treatment is part of conservative treatment, during which the infected nerve tissue is fully extracted under local anesthetics and the whole root canal system is disinfected. The channel system is then closed in a bacteria-tight manner. All the treatment steps of endodontic therapy are done gently and with the use of modern therapy procedures (surgical microscope, preparation with rotary instruments, electronic root canal length measurement, use of ultrasounds, laser disinfection and thermoplastic filling methods), so that we can ensure maximum tooth safety and a very good prognosis, almost equal to a healthy tooth.
